Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Generate and uphold regular and on-demand financial reports.

• Enhance and streamline existing financial processes and procedures.

• Spearhead automation projects within reporting workflows.

• Gather, cleanse, validate, and process financial data to deliver analytical support for the PSP Financial Control team.

• Work in partnership with Development, Finance, and PSP Tech teams to synchronize data flows and ensure consistency in reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, a technical discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.

• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to handling financial data.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

• Basic development experience with Tableau or other BI tools.

• A proactive and improvement-focused mindset with an emphasis on process optimization.

• Upper-Intermediate English (B2 or above) and Advanced Russian (C1 or above).
