Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Engage in collaboration with managers, directors, and senior leadership to enhance monthly productivity and address variances.

• Oversee the coordination and execution of annual operating budgets.

• Take charge of the month-end closing process, which includes reviewing financial data, journal entries, and ensuring accuracy.

• Manage and report on management systems, thoroughly reviewing all financial data for precision.

• Work in tandem with accounting personnel to ensure accurate financial representation.

• Assess the financial implications of new initiatives, and prepare forecasts for upcoming construction projects and other ventures.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, healthcare administration, or a related discipline is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience is required.

• Certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or similar professional credential is preferred but not essential.

• Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in Excel, is necessary.
