Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Oversee communication and relationships with payment providers, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon terms.

• Evaluate exchange rates, fees, and contract conditions to uncover opportunities for cost savings.

• Track and manage company account balances across various payment platforms.

• Regulate provider costs, fees, exchange rates, and rolling reserves to ensure alignment with internal benchmarks.

• Guarantee prompt processing of player payouts and company withdrawals.

• Diagnose and resolve payment-related challenges.

• Reconcile transaction turnovers with provider statements and investigate any discrepancies.

• Keep documentation for payment-related procedures current and up to date.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in finance, finance operations, payment operations, reconciliation, or financial analysis.

• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets with a strong background in working with large datasets.

• Experience in financial data reconciliation, balance management, provider statements, transaction turnovers, or routine financial reporting.

• A solid understanding of fundamental financial processes, cost control, and management accounting principles.

• Ability to detect discrepancies in financial data, investigate underlying causes, and propose solutions.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a sense of ownership.

• Capability to work independently, juggle multiple tasks, and adapt swiftly to changes.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external providers.

• Intermediate+ proficiency in English for written communication.
