Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Oversee and assist in the creation of financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.

• Conduct data collection, cleansing, and analysis across various financial systems.

• Effectively communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders across different time zones.

• Ensure accurate documentation of financial transactions, models, and reporting outputs.

• Utilize relevant tools, including Excel, financial modeling software, and ERP systems.

• Assist the broader team with month-end closing activities, variance analysis, and presentations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related discipline.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in English.

• Strong organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple financial tasks concurrently.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and accounting software.

• Capable of working independently and effectively managing your own time.

• High level of attention to detail and a proactive mindset towards problem-solving.

• Experience with UK-based clients or employers is beneficial.
