Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.

• Aid in the deployment and continuous management of Workday Adaptive Planning.

• Collaborate across departments to collect inputs, assumptions, and critical business drivers.

• Evaluate financial performance against budget/forecast; identify variances, trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Develop and sustain financial models that support business decisions and strategic initiatives.

• Assist in the development of dashboards and data visualizations for senior leadership (Power BI preferred).

• Help manage budgets for various departments with an emphasis on ROI and fiscal responsibility.

• Discover opportunities for enhancing financial processes, automation, and precision.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 0-2 years of experience in FP&A / corporate finance (preferred; we value capability over tenure).

• Strong analytical abilities, including financial modeling, forecasting, and proficiency with quantitative methods.

• Proficiency in an ERP system (e.g., NetSuite, SAP ByDesign) and planning tools (e.g., Workday Adaptive Planning); implementation experience is a plus.

• Experience in creating interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

• Excellent communication skills: capable of translating complex analyses into clear, actionable insights.

• High attention to detail, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to manage shifting priorities.
