This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Develop and establish a comprehensive monthly reporting package that includes complete financial statements along with department-level Budget versus Actual reports.
• Collaborate with department heads to gather operational data and streamline reporting processes.
• Create scenario models to assist in pricing, membership, and program decisions.
• Deliver board-ready financial presentations and insightful analyses.
• Manage capital expenditure budgets over multiple years.
• Supervise cash flow tracking at the project level and carry out variance analyses.
• Examine vendor contracts and oversee spending based on project milestones.
• Keep a rolling 13-week cash flow forecast to facilitate liquidity planning.
• Maintain audit-ready financial records and coordinate tax compliance oversight.
• Ensure compliance with loan covenants and fulfill lender reporting obligations.
• Act as the internal systems leader for Jonas Club Software, managing accounting modules such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, member billing, fixed asset schedules, and financial reporting.
• Enhance data integrity across Jonas POS and accounting systems.
• Identify and automate manual reconciliation processes using Jonas reporting tools and Excel workflows.
• Lead the annual insurance renewal process.
• Collaborate with brokers to assess coverage and cost implications.
• Analyze shifts in premiums and their impact on the operating budget.
• Over 5 years of experience in strategic finance or FP&A.
• Background in recurring revenue environments such as membership models, subscriptions, SaaS, or similar.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling, multi-tab reporting structures, and variance analysis.
• Direct experience with Jonas Club Software or similar club management and accounting platforms like Clubessential or Northstar.
• Strong comprehension of three-statement financial reporting.
• Experience in constructing financial systems or reporting infrastructures from the ground up.
• Capability to convert operational data into insights suitable for executive-level discussions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable presenting information to senior leadership or board-level stakeholders.
• You will receive compensation in **USD** (bi-monthly: on the 15th and 30th).
