Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Create financial models to assess both current and prospective business initiatives.

• Engage in the month-end financial closing process and reporting activities.

• Assist in the formulation of the annual budget and ongoing forecast updates.

• Generate reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

• Analyze, monitor, and report on extensive data sets.

• Ensure databases are accurate and current by entering, verifying, and backing up data.

• Support cost analysis efforts by adhering to established policies and procedures, delivering insights on trends and forecasts.

• Share financial models and insights with senior leadership and executive management.

• Observe and evaluate the competitive landscape, performing comparative analyses and suggesting modifications to methods and materials.

• Safeguard ExactCare operations by ensuring the confidentiality of financial details.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Centers of Excellence to achieve financial objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance, economics, or a related discipline.

• Over 2 years of experience in financial analysis.

• Strong expertise in Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Experience presenting to senior leadership or executive management teams.

• Familiarity with finance, including methodologies, tools, and strategies.

• Proficient in reading, interpreting, and drawing accurate conclusions from numerical data.

• Understanding of the functions, automated tools, and processes necessary for managing financial assets and liabilities organization-wide.

• Capability to prepare financial statements, reports, and presentations using financial processes and tools.

• Ability to work autonomously and contribute innovative ideas to the Finance Center of Excellence.
