Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• The Financial Analyst supports the local management team, which includes responsibilities such as financial reporting and control, income management, debt management, submitting invoices for Accounts Payable, and ensuring accurate billing for services provided.

• Play a crucial role in the timely and precise preparation of internal financial reports and analyses.

• Evaluate records of current and previous operations, trends, costs, estimated and actual revenues, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred to forecast future revenues and expenses.

• Report on actual results and conduct analysis against the plan.

• Assist the operations team with cost budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and various financial planning initiatives.

• Ensure prompt payment of invoices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required, ideally in Accounting or Finance.

• At least 5 years of experience in accounting, FP&A, or finance is necessary.

• The candidate must have intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP functions).

• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) is essential.
