This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Conducts financial analyses to support client engagements, strategic initiatives, and internal business decisions.
• Engages in client meetings to comprehend financial and regulatory status, define analysis objectives, and set deliverables.
• Collaborates with banking clients to collect necessary data and inputs for analysis.
• Develops, updates, and maintains financial models to project performance, assess risk, and facilitate capital planning.
• Executes loan-level and portfolio-level analyses while preparing reports, dashboards, and client deliverables.
• Aids in the presentation and communication of analysis results to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Works continuously with clients to assist in implementing and integrating analytical findings.
• Monitors and evaluates key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.
• Assists with budgeting, long-term planning, and forecasting updates in response to evolving business conditions and market trends.
• Identifies financial risks and plays a role in developing mitigation strategies.
• Ensures precision, data integrity, and adherence to regulatory expectations and internal controls.
• Collaborates across functions to support operational and strategic initiatives.
• Clearly communicates financial concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Recognizes opportunities for process enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability within the finance function.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Typically, 1-4 years of experience in Financial Analysis or Accounting.
• Proficient in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, financial planning software).
• Strong analytical abilities to utilize data for analyzing situations, identifying issues, and crafting effective solutions.
