Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Analyze and review payroll reports to generate required journal entries.

• Oversee inter-company billings across various regions.

• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and client billing processes.

• Prepare monthly journal entries and perform monthly reconciliations of general ledger accounts.

• Examine travel and expense (T&E) activities to ensure accurate billing and coding.

• Maintain records for fixed asset and prepaid expense accounting.

• Address inquiries from associates regarding general ledger issues.

• Assist the VP Finance and Director Finance with monthly closing processes and reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Previous accounting experience focused on general ledger operations.

• Required proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheet applications.

• Understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Preferred proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
