Financial Aid Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional financing and financial aid assistance to students.

• Support students through various communication methods including phone, email, chat, and text.

• Guide students in making informed choices regarding the funding of their educational programs.

• Offer financial literacy education, covering responsible borrowing and repayment strategies.

• Participate in team discussions and training sessions aimed at fostering continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year in a financial aid contact position or customer support/advisory role.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Skilled in the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Effective time management capabilities.

• Capacity to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
