Financial Advisory Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Provide clients with expertise in startup finance, assisting with financial management, KPI tracking, board preparation, fundraising, and leadership in early-stage finance.

• Develop investor-ready, dynamic financial models and forecasts to inform strategic decisions including fundraising, hiring, market entry strategies, and scenario planning.

• Aid clients in crafting comprehensive financial plans for management and investor communications.

• Evaluate clients’ financial performance and prepare executive reports for startup C-suite executives.

• Identify and gather pertinent KPIs.

• Assist in expanding airCFO’s practice and creating new offerings.

• Contribute to internal initiatives that foster company growth.

• Gradually enhance involvement in the strategic direction of the business while managing execution and client relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 4 years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, management consulting, or technology startups in a related capacity.

• Over 4 years of practical experience in building and maintaining tools in Excel/Sheets.

• Proficient in data analysis, modeling, and forecasting.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to market and promote new services to current and prospective clients.

• Fundamental understanding of GAAP.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.

• An MBA and/or CPA designation is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail.
