Financial Account Intake Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Manage both inbound and outbound calls from clients seeking pre-settlement funding.

• Collect precise case information, which includes accident specifics, attorney details, case status, and insurance data.

• Evaluate case eligibility and direct cases to the relevant funding team for assessment.

• Collaborate with attorneys and law firms to gather essential documentation.

• Maintain thorough and accurate records of every client interaction and case update.

• Consistently follow up to ensure cases progress through the pipeline without delays.

• Uphold compliance with industry regulations and data privacy standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years experience in a call center, legal, financial, or intake-related role (Required).

• Knowledge of pre-settlement funding, personal injury, or legal funding processes is a significant advantage.

• A warm and professional communicator—capable of handling sensitive conversations with care and confidence.

• Detail-oriented and precise.

• Able to manage multiple cases at the same time.

• Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive client and legal information.

• Adaptable to changing schedules.

• Reliable internet connection with a minimum of 100 Mbps postpaid.

• At least 16GB RAM with an Intel i5 core processor, AMD Ryzen 5, or higher equivalent.

• For Windows users: Windows 11 OS is mandatory.

• Noise-cancelling headset.

• Dual monitors are required.

• Backup internet connection (prepaid home WiFi router or pocket WiFi) and power outage backup are necessary.
