This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee the complete payroll processing cycle, ensuring precision and timely execution.
• Create and distribute invoices, verifying that all charges are accurate and properly documented.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and maintain current records of debtors.
• Assess consignments and ensure correct customer billing based on services rendered.
• Offer general accounting and administrative assistance to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Uphold a high standard of accuracy in all financial activities, acknowledging the significant impact of inaccuracies.
• Navigate confidently through accounting systems (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or similar), ensuring data integrity and upkeep.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to address discrepancies or inquiries.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues without the need for constant supervision.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of processes by discovering more efficient working methods.
• Provide ad hoc support for various projects or investments as needed.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a finance and administrative assistant.
• Solid experience in general accounting tasks such as payroll, invoicing, and reporting.
• Proficient in accounting software like XERO and Reckon.
• Strong English communication skills with a background in collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders.
