📋 Description

• Lead the digital transformation initiatives within the Finance department to improve operational effectiveness.

• Analyze current processes and methodically evaluate alternatives to reduce manual tasks through AI and automation solutions.

• Enhance real-time insights and analytical capabilities by reorganizing finance data.

• Develop standardized, automated reporting templates that deliver real-time insights to the CFO.

• Forge cross-functional collaborations with Data, Tech, and business teams to ensure that critical business and financial data is meaningful.

• Perform a thorough process audit and create a detailed transformation roadmap for the next 12 months.

• Design and execute AI-driven automation solutions across various finance functions.

• Evaluate existing financial systems and investigate options for upgrading or expanding them.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field; 5-10 years of overall experience.

• Demonstrated success in analyzing finance processes and executing finance transformation projects in a mid-sized company context.

• Hands-on experience with Financial/ERP systems and a solid background in integrating and optimizing financial data flows across various platforms.

• Extensive knowledge of AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude CoWork, or comparable platforms) and automation technologies to tackle complex issues in finance; early adopter of AI with awareness of the latest solutions and use cases.

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint at an expert level.
