This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the complete lifecycle management of our NetSuite ERP environment, encompassing architecture design, configuration optimization, integration development, and strategic roadmap planning to support General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procure-to-Pay, Fixed Assets, Revenue Recognition, Audit, and International Consolidations & Reporting.
• Foster end-to-end process excellence across Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay workflows by identifying and addressing gaps between upstream systems and ERP through rigorous integration design and execution.
• Recognize and implement automation opportunities within finance workflows, specifically focusing on deploying AI agents to replace manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Create and uphold strong operational controls, including disciplined change management, comprehensive data governance frameworks, and measurable SLAs across all financial systems to ensure audit preparedness and SOX compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, IT, and Engineering, to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions and promote continuous improvement.
• Oversee system enhancements, upgrades, and third-party integrations while ensuring data integrity, scalability, and operational reliability across the wider application landscape.
• Produce and maintain documentation, training materials, and user support processes to promote best practices across finance teams.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive measures to uphold system stability and security.
• Have over 7 years of hands-on experience in NetSuite ERP administration and configuration across various financial modules.
• Possess extensive expertise in end-to-end financial workflows, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, month-end close, and consolidation processes.
• Have experience with AI/LLM technologies and have effectively implemented automation solutions in financial contexts.
• Bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Exhibit strong stakeholder management capabilities and the ability to build trusted relationships with finance leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Are enthusiastic about leveraging technology to transform manual processes and achieve exceptional operational efficiency.
• Hold a bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Have experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with changing requirements and priorities.
