Finance Specialist – FP&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Offer technical guidance and mentorship to the finance team, steering analytical development and facilitating cross-functional initiatives.

• Oversee the budgeting process and Strategic Planning, which includes the preparation, forecasting, and ongoing assessment of the corporate budget.

• Develop business cases, corporate financial models, and intricate management analyses to aid executive decision-making, enhance profitability, and streamline capital allocation.

• Serve as a strategic Business Partner between Finance and other business divisions, questioning assumptions and swaying decisions.

• Construct and validate sophisticated financial models and conduct stress-test scenario simulations for risk management and new business ventures.

• Direct data architecture and the creation of corporate dashboards utilizing Power BI, Looker Studio, and Google Sheets.

• Guide leaders and cultivate a culture of budget ownership and independence.

• Coordinate integration between Controllership and Treasury, enhancing processes and the quality of financial data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Significant and well-established experience at a senior or specialist level in FP&A, strategic corporate planning, or advanced analytical functions.

• Strong analytical abilities paired with profound strategic business insight, demonstrating a proven capacity to function as a Business Partner.

• Advanced proficiency in corporate financial modeling and expert-level skills in Google Sheets.

• Robust experience in designing dashboard architecture and technically building dashboards using Looker Studio, Power BI, and similar tools.

• Demonstrated technical and emotional maturity to organize corporate data and spearhead initiatives in highly ambiguous settings.

• Advanced or fluent proficiency in English.

• Experience in providing technical leadership to finance functions within technology firms or high-growth environments.

• Experience in structuring data automations using Python, API integrations, or advanced SQL.

• Practical experience in designing workflows that incorporate Artificial Intelligence into financial processes, such as automation with LLMs.
