This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan, +2 more states.
• Develop and structure financial proposals across over 15 financing programs to assist customers in their purchasing decisions while achieving territory revenue objectives.
• Oversee contracts from initiation to completion, ensuring timely execution and adherence to internal standards.
• Handle and process approximately 30 finalized deals monthly, including the review and submission of all necessary documentation.
• Generate and manage around 130 financing opportunities each month in Salesforce, maintaining precise and current data entry.
• Independently manage lower-value transactions, in accordance with thresholds established by the Regional Finance Manager.
• Collaborate with a Regional Finance Manager to implement territory strategies and assist with larger, complex transactions throughout the entire deal lifecycle.
• Provide education to sales representatives across various business units regarding leasing options and financing solutions to enhance adoption rates.
• Coordinate cross-divisional deals and engage with stakeholders to recommend suitable programs and required documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in finance, sales operations, or a related field.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial modeling.
• Proven understanding of the time value of money concepts and interest calculations.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM system (preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience supporting sales teams or commercial operations (preferred).
• Experience in managing high-volume transactional workflows (at least 25 transactions per month) (preferred).
• Experience in leading or contributing to process improvement or project initiatives (preferred).
• Up to 10% travel to support team meetings or business needs.
