Finance Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate payment requests to ensure they align with authorized budgets and plans

• Process requests using the 1C system

• Regularly compare actual expenses with approved budgets

• Verify the accuracy and transparency of submitted services for audit purposes

• Ensure proper entry of financial data into the system and glossary

• Monitor budget balances across various channels and partners

• Identify and rectify discrepancies in financial data

• Work collaboratively with departments to efficiently address financial issues

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in financial management, accounting, or treasury operations

• Proficiency in using 1C

• Understanding of budget control and payment management

• Familiarity with financial reporting standards and audit procedures

• Upper-Intermediate proficiency in English

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent analytical abilities

• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
