Finance Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist the global sales team in drafting proposals and obtaining signatures via our e-signature platform.

• Generate, update, and distribute license files to accommodate new orders, upgrades, and demo requests.

• Oversee licenses as necessary to support sales and renewal processes.

• Collect and verify all pertinent order information to guarantee precise processing of invoices and credits, maintaining records in compliance with internal retention policies.

• Collaborate with third-party software vendors as needed to fulfill new orders and software enhancement renewals.

• Issue renewal invoices throughout the month, ensuring correct pricing.

• Update licenses to extend expiration dates.

• Keep accurate contract information in the back-office system.

• Create projects as required, paying close attention to order specifics to ensure customer invoices for services rendered are precise.

• Modify project structures as needed to ensure staff have access to projects and can accurately log their time.

• Prepare and send monthly service invoices to clients.

• Produce and distribute regular and on-demand reports related to revenue, renewals, billing, and order activity to assist Finance and GTM leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline, or equivalent experience.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in order management, finance operations, or administrative support.

• Familiarity with Salesforce or experience with a CRM application.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP or billing systems is advantageous.

• Strong customer service focus.

• High attention to detail with a strong emphasis on accuracy in data entry, billing, and recordkeeping.
