Finance Reporting and Analytics Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Implement the enterprise finance reporting strategy that aligns with business goals and adheres to data governance standards.

• Assist in designing and executing standardized reporting across essential finance processes.

• Promote the use of modern SAP and non-SAP reporting tools, along with embedded analytics capabilities.

• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, business stakeholders, IT, and data teams to comprehend reporting requirements and provide tailored solutions.

• Ensure reporting solutions are in alignment with architecture, data models, and system capabilities.

• Effectively communicate progress, risks, and solutions to stakeholders.

• Seek opportunities to enhance reporting processes and minimize manual efforts.

• Lead automation and performance optimization across reporting workflows.

• Support the accuracy, reconciliation, and consistency of reporting outputs.

• Assist in planning and executing reporting initiatives, ensuring timely deliveries within scope.

• Manage competing priorities across various reporting requests and projects.

• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and propose mitigation strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in hands-on reporting, analytics, or related fields.

• Proficient in designing and developing financial reports and dashboards using tools like SAP BW and SAP BW/4HANA.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication abilities.

• Experience in large-scale enterprise environments is preferred, especially in healthcare or retail sectors.

• Practical experience with reporting/dashboard solutions such as SAP SAC, Power BI, or Tableau is preferred.

• Familiarity with cloud data platforms like Databricks, BigQuery, or Snowflake is preferred.

• Knowledge of AI/ML tools and solutions is preferred.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent years of relevant professional experience may be considered as a substitute.
