Finance Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for overseeing multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful execution.

• Spearhead significant projects, identify process challenges, and propose enhancements to senior management.

• Deliver clear and consistent communication, both verbally and in writing, to all stakeholders involved in the projects.

• Ensure follow-up on all action items assigned to the project team and relevant stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain project tracking tools to clarify expectations and responsibilities for all parties involved.

• Mentor and guide team members while fostering a positive team environment.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% for on-site project oversight.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, Accounting, or Finance.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a Business or Engineering field.

• Strong proficiency in Project Management tools and associated methodologies.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in teams or work independently.

• Proven track record of responsible and ethical conduct at all times.
