Finance Program Manager – Performance Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conducts analysis on Population Health datasets and initiatives that focus on financial performance of programs.

• Collaborates with an external actuarial consulting team, as well as internal finance and IT/analytics departments.

• Assists in forecasting and scenario modeling efforts.

• Guarantees the accuracy and integrity of financial datasets.

• Assesses and interprets performance within full risk arrangements.

• Examines claims, eligibility, and contractual data to pinpoint financial trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Creates trend analysis reports to track key performance indicators.

• Delivers ad hoc analyses to aid in financial planning and strategic initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Data Analytics, Accounting, or a related field (required).

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Health Informatics, or a related discipline (preferred).

• 5-10 years of experience in healthcare finance/accounting and analytics.

• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Excel, along with familiarity in relational databases.

• Experience in Medicare CCLFs and developing custom analyses using Excel and other tools.

• Knowledge of healthcare datasets, value-based care contracting, and risk-based healthcare delivery.
