📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence to assess investment opportunities and evaluate business performance.

• Develop and review financial models, forecasts, and investment scenarios to facilitate informed decision-making.

• Execute market research, industry analysis, and competitive evaluations to pinpoint trends and opportunities.

• Analyze companies, assets, and investment strategies employing relevant financial and analytical methodologies.

• Prepare investment memoranda, financial reports, presentations, and recommendations aimed at senior stakeholders.

• Evaluate financial risks, market dynamics, and prospective returns to guide investment and portfolio decisions.

• Collaborate with investment teams, company leadership, and other stakeholders to generate data-driven financial insights.

• Stay updated on pertinent market developments, industry trends, and macroeconomic factors that could impact investment performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current experience in a finance-related position at a reputable financial institution, investment firm, or established startup.

• Professional expertise in venture capital, private equity, growth equity, hedge funds, or investment banking.

• Bachelor’s degree from a top-ranked university in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Mathematics, or a related field.

• Strong analytical, quantitative, and financial problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficiency in financial modelling, company valuation, investment analysis, or risk assessment.

• Exceptional written communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Current residency and professional availability in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand.

• Preferred: experience with financial modelling, valuation methodologies, investment research, and due diligence.

• Preferred: knowledge of capital markets, portfolio management, corporate finance, or alternative investments.

• Preferred: ability to interpret financial statements and convert complex financial data into actionable insights.
