Finance Operations Specialist, AR-Focused

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Accounts Receivable (Primary Focus): Generate and issue invoices using QuickBooks and client platforms (e.g., Ariba, Payapps).

• Establish and manage recurring invoices.

• Track and manage retentions, including deadlines and claims.

• Conduct proactive collection efforts, dispatch statements, and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Assist in client/vendor onboarding by filling out vendor application forms.

• Maintain precise AR records and provide regular updates to management.

• Accounts Payable (AP): Input approved expense claims into QuickBooks.

• Manage month-end procedures including accruals and prepayments.

• Produce financial reports for management review.

• Oversee company credit cards, fuel cards, and E-tags, including reconciliation and reporting.

• Supervise company motor vehicle administration, including purchase documentation, insurance claims, and fines communication.

• Purchasing: Adhere to company procurement policies and procedures.

• Prepare and issue purchase orders and agreements.

• Maintain accurate purchase records.

• Assist the Procurement Specialist with supplier price list maintenance when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, demonstrating proficiency in collections and invoicing.

• Strong experience with end-of-month processes, generating purchase orders, and managing supplier pricing.

• Proficient in QuickBooks and familiar with platforms such as Ariba and Payapps.

• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong communication abilities and a collaborative spirit across teams.
