Finance Operations Specialist, Accounts Receivable Accountant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Prepare and issue invoices using QuickBooks and various client platforms, such as Ariba and Payapps.

• Establish and oversee recurring invoices.

• Track and manage retentions, paying attention to due dates and claims.

• Conduct proactive collection activities, send out statements, and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Assist with client/vendor onboarding by completing necessary vendor application forms.

• Maintain precise accounts receivable records and provide regular updates to management.

• Process approved expense claims within QuickBooks.

• Manage month-end processes, including accruals and prepayments.

• Create financial reports for management review.

• Oversee company credit cards, fuel cards, and E-tags, including reconciliation and reporting tasks.

• Manage the administration of company motor vehicles, including handling purchase paperwork, insurance claims, and communication regarding fines.

• Adhere to company procurement policies and procedures.

• Prepare and issue purchase orders and agreements.

• Maintain accurate records of purchases.

• Assist the Procurement Specialist with supplier price list maintenance as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, demonstrating expertise in collections and invoicing.

• Strong background in month-end processes, creating purchase orders, and managing supplier pricing.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and familiarity with platforms like Ariba and Payapps.

• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong communication abilities and capacity to collaborate across teams.
