Finance Manager – Home Health & Hospice

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee financial, operational, and clinical reporting and analytics for Home Health and Hospice.

• Convert data into actionable insights that enhance strategic decision-making, operational excellence, quality outcomes, and financial stewardship.

• Collaborate with executive leadership, operational leaders, clinical teams, and corporate departments to create effective reporting solutions.

• Track performance metrics and promote continuous improvement initiatives.

• Direct, analyze, manage, and coordinate financial operations.

• Supervise and assess project accounting, business case development, variance analysis, departmental budgets, KPI tracking, labor analysis, daily business operations, annual surveys, and licensure for home health and hospice agencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field (Required).

• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Financial/Operational analysis, specifically within home health and hospice (Required); or 3 years of progressive experience in Financial/Operational analysis within home health and hospice with a Master’s degree (Required).

• A Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field (Preferred).

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification (Preferred).
