Finance Manager – Deal Desk

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.

📋 Description

• Lead the growth of Rula as a Finance Manager - Deal Desk

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams to define the growth strategy

• Assess trade-offs and create strategic forecasts for complex deals

• Transform intricate financial data into concise, actionable insights

• Balance immediate efficiency with long-term outcomes

• Operate in a dynamic, collaborative environment, managing ambiguity and influencing strategic decisions

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in strategic finance, business operations, FP&A, or similar fields

• At least 2 years of focused experience in a Deal Desk or Commercial Operations role

• Demonstrated ability to inform growth or go-to-market strategy through financial analysis

• Experience in developing and owning scenario-based topline forecasts

• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets, including financial modeling and scenario analysis

• Capability to effectively communicate financial insights and recommendations to non-financial stakeholders and executive audiences

• Direct experience in healthcare or relevant consulting experience with a focus on healthcare
