Finance Manager – Corporate FP&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the comprehensive weekly revenue and contribution consolidation process throughout the organization, encompassing data validation, variance analysis, and executive reporting; spearhead the creation and presentation of executive-level weekly revenue review materials in collaboration with Business FP&A; synchronize with Business FP&A teams on forecasting methodologies, assumptions, and outcomes; assess key revenue and contribution profit drivers, providing actionable insights; strive for continuous enhancement of forecast accuracy, data quality, and process efficiency.

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting activities for G&A functions; assist in enterprise-wide planning cycles and ensure alignment across departments; improve forecasting frameworks, tools, and governance for scalability and effectiveness.

• Aid in the enterprise-wide monthly close and financial review process; supervise the month-end financial close and review process for G&A functions; guarantee the accuracy and integrity of financial results (actuals vs. forecast vs. budget); present variance analysis and performance insights to G&A leadership; offer proactive financial guidance to facilitate decision-making.

• Act as the primary finance partner to various functional leaders (e.g., xx, xx, xx), responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. Deliver proactive insights on cost optimization, headcount planning, and investment trade-offs.

• Create and refine financial reports and dashboards tailored for executive audiences; convert complex data into clear, concise, and visually engaging insights; enhance reporting from data-heavy outputs to narrative-focused decision support; perform ad hoc analyses to assist strategic initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• BS/MS in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Over 7 years of pertinent experience in FP&A, Accounting, Investment Banking, or Corporate Finance.

• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets; proficient at managing large datasets.

• Strategic thinker with robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent and effective communication skills.

• Highly organized, capable of juggling multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

• Adaptable, independent, and efficient in fast-paced settings.

• Merges a strategic mindset with a strong execution discipline.

• Self-motivated with keen attention to detail and a focus on execution.
