This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Facilitate the comprehensive weekly revenue and contribution consolidation process throughout the organization, involving data validation, variance analysis, and executive reporting; Lead the development and presentation of executive-oriented weekly revenue review materials in collaboration with Business FP&A; Coordinate with Business FP&A teams on forecasting methods, assumptions, and results; Evaluate key revenue and contribution profit drivers, providing actionable insights; Consistently enhance forecast accuracy, data integrity, and process efficiency.
β’ Manage the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for G&A functions; Assist in enterprise-wide planning cycles and guarantee cross-departmental alignment; Improve forecasting frameworks, tools, and governance to ensure scalability and efficiency.
β’ Support the company-wide monthly close and financial review process; Supervise the month-end financial close and review for G&A functions; Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial results (actuals vs. forecast vs. budget); Deliver variance analysis and performance insights to G&A leadership; Offer proactive financial guidance to aid decision-making.
β’ Act as the primary finance partner for various functional leaders (e.g., xx, xx, xx), managing budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. Provide proactive insights on cost optimization, headcount planning, and investment trade-offs.
β’ Create and refine financial reports and dashboards tailored for executive audiences; Transform complex data into clear, concise, and visually compelling insights; Advance reporting from data-heavy outputs to narrative-driven decision support; Conduct ad hoc analyses to facilitate strategic initiatives.
β’ BS/MS in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
β’ More than 7 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Accounting, Investment Banking, or Corporate Finance.
β’ Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; skilled in managing large datasets.
β’ Strategic thinker with robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Clear and effective communication skills.
β’ Highly organized, capable of juggling multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
β’ Adaptable, independent, and effective in dynamic environments.
β’ Merges a strategic mindset with strong execution discipline.
