This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Supervise monthly worldwide reporting and assist sales leadership.
• Work collaboratively with teams on financial assessments and research initiatives.
• Maintain regular communication with international partners.
• Ensure timely submission of reports, including monthly updates to Japan.
• Deliver integrated financial planning, data gathering, analysis, recommendations, and reporting.
• Track financial results for customers and equipment.
• Review month-end closing activities and assist with routine accounting transactions.
• Prepare and evaluate reporting packages and engage in promotional credit programs.
• Generate precise and timely financial reports, including forecasting, planning, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate budgeting and forecasting efforts with management.
• Execute financial closing activities while ensuring adherence to GAAP.
• Lead and support initiatives aimed at enhancing business and financial performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• At least five (5) years of experience in a finance-related position.
• CPA designation is preferred.
• Familiarity with financial systems and applications.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, financial, and business analysis capabilities.
• Ability to interpret and utilize complex financial data, concepts, and instructions.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the capacity to present technical information clearly.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adhere to tight deadlines.
• Proven leadership, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work efficiently across departments with a high level of responsibility and accountability.
