Finance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take charge of and oversee the month-end closing procedure.

• Conduct comprehensive balance sheet reconciliations.

• Execute and review inventory reconciliations, ensuring alignment with CIN7 systems.

• Prepare and evaluate monthly profit and loss statements along with management reports.

• Assist with financial filings and compliance requirements based in the US.

• Create reporting packages for lenders and external stakeholders.

• Support cash flow reporting and analyze working capital.

• Assist with various finance tasks as requested by the CFO and US stakeholders.

• Facilitate month-end procedures across various clients.

• Carry out balance sheet reconciliations.

• Aid in reviewing P&L statements and conducting variance analysis.

• Prepare management reporting packages.

• Assist with year-end reconciliations and audit preparation.

• Support finance managers and the CFO in delivering client-related tasks and meeting deadlines.

• Ensure high-quality financial data and documentation are maintained.

• Identify and implement improvements and efficiencies in processes.

• Help standardize workflows across different clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong background in month-end closing and financial reporting.

• Proven experience with:

• Complex balance sheet reconciliations.

• Inventory accounting.

• Experience in multi-client environments.

• Familiarity with US accounting or reporting requirements (highly regarded).

• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.

• Proficiency in Xero (essential).

• Experience with CIN7 or similar inventory systems (highly desirable).

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Highly organized and process-oriented.

• Proactive with a problem-solving approach.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
