Finance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Leading a team of three colleagues.

• Ultimately responsible for the complete accounting and reporting.

• Overseeing the monthly closure and preparing the balance sheet and profit and loss statement.

• Accountable for the preparation of the annual accounts and the audit.

• Responsible for VAT compliance.

• Actively working on process improvements and reporting.

• Supporting business controllers with budgeting and forecasting processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed HBO or WO degree in a financial field, such as business economics, accountancy, or finance & control.

• At least six years of work experience in a similar role or as an accountant.

• Experience in team management.

• Knowledge of financial systems.

• Experience with Oracle NetSuite is a plus (not a strict requirement).

• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

• Work experience in a trading or e-commerce company is an advantage.

• Proficiency in Dutch and English.
