Finance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Drive revenue growth for dealerships by selling Finance & Insurance (F&I) products.

• Meet and surpass performance targets and key objectives.

• Execute virtual F&I transactions, which include customer interviews, product demonstrations, upselling, and closing sales.

• Remain engaged on virtual calls until the Retail Installment Sales Contract (RISC) is finalized to ensure all deals are fully secured.

• Clarify F&I products, services, and Retail Installment Sales Contracts while addressing customer inquiries.

• Identify and address client objections to successfully close sales opportunities.

• Keep precise and thorough records of activities and performance metrics for Virtual F&I.

• Regularly communicate with internal stakeholders regarding Virtual F&I performance and deal updates.

• Attend dealer meetings, sales calls, and team discussions as necessary.

• Foster and maintain positive customer relationships throughout the virtual buying process.

• Improve customer satisfaction during the purchasing journey.

• Exhibit behaviors that reflect the Company’s values and culture in all interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in a state where Group 1 dealerships operate.

• At least 2 years of experience in a dealership F&I position.

• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.

• Highly self-motivated with strong customer-facing and sales capabilities.

• A positive attitude coupled with a high-energy, results-oriented mindset.

• Professional demeanor and a strong work ethic.

• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends.

• Capability to work remotely from home.

• Experience with Darwin and/or CDK systems is an advantage.
