Finance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Drive revenue for dealerships by selling Finance & Insurance (F&I) products.

• Meet and surpass performance benchmarks and key objectives.

• Execute virtual F&I transactions, which include customer interviews, product demonstrations, upselling, and closing deals.

• Stay on virtual calls until the Retail Installment Sales Contract (RISC) is completed to ensure deals are fully secured.

• Clarify F&I products, services, and Retail Installment Sales Contracts while addressing customer inquiries.

• Identify and mitigate client objections to successfully close sales opportunities.

• Keep precise and thorough records of Virtual F&I activities and performance metrics.

• Engage daily with internal stakeholders regarding Virtual F&I performance and deal updates.

• Attend dealer meetings, sales calls, and team discussions as necessary.

• Cultivate and sustain strong customer relationships throughout the virtual purchasing experience.

• Improve customer satisfaction throughout the buying process.

• Exhibit behaviors that reflect the company’s values and culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in a state where Group 1 dealerships operate.

• Must be a resident of Maryland, New Jersey, or Massachusetts.

• At least 3+ years of experience in an F&I role within a dealership.

• Experience with Honda/Acura is preferred but not mandatory.

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.

• Highly self-motivated with strong customer-facing and sales capabilities.

• A positive attitude coupled with a high-energy, results-oriented mindset.

• Professional demeanor and robust work ethic.

• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends.

• Capability to work remotely from home.

• Familiarity with Darwin and/or CDK systems is advantageous.
