Finance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct financial analysis and oversee the optimization of essential FP&A processes in collaboration with Executive Functional Leadership and their teams.

• Monitor performance metrics and create business models to guide strategic and operational decisions, including pricing strategies, product and feature launches, marketing effectiveness, and fiber optic deployment plans.

• Collaborate with Executive leadership and teams to formulate forecasts and business plans.

• Enhance processes and productivity, while assisting in managing strategies and resource allocations to maximize business outcomes.

• Fulfill core FP&A responsibilities, which include month-end closing and working closely with business partners and accounting to ensure accurate and timely monthly financial reporting.

• Provide insights into monthly financial performance by developing KPIs and offering ongoing reporting.

• Create financial models to assist operations teams in understanding the implications of various scenarios and commercial agreements.

• Reassess priorities based on business and financial imperatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, a quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.

• At least 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and/or Investment Banking/management consulting.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing financial and business models, focusing on product and financial strategies.

• Experience in partnering with and presenting to executive and departmental leadership teams, with a strong emphasis on data-driven influence and modeling.

• This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

• Preferred: 3 years of experience with SQL.

• Preferred: Experience in directly coaching and developing junior financial analysts.

• Preferred: Proven ability to work collaboratively with team members to create and complete intricate projects in a dynamic environment.

• Preferred: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey and influence individual and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Preferred: Experience in adapting processes within a rapidly changing environment to support a growing company.
