Finance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the month-end and quarter-end closing processes in accordance with established requirements.

• Establish and lead the controllership for reporting, reconciliations, and compliance deliverables.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and statutory requirements for the entity.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in India and the US to enhance financial processes and reporting timelines.

• Champion process improvements and standardization across controllership workflows.

• Assist with internal and external audit needs, serving as a liaison with auditors regarding their inquiries.

• Generate financial schedules, variance analyses, and management reports as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (India) certification with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.

• Current or prior experience in a SaaS or Global Capability Center (GCC) environment in India, with direct exposure to the US market.

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP as well as Indian accounting standards.

• Exceptional communication skills, essential for effective coordination with US-based stakeholders.
