Finance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the company's financial model, concentrating on headcount planning across various departments.

• Manage the headcount request and approval process in collaboration with HR, Recruiting, and departmental leaders.

• Take ownership of budget tracking and proactively identify variances.

• Manage sales and pipeline generation capacity planning models in partnership with RevOps.

• Assist the Deal Desk with on-demand pricing analysis and maintain the pricing and cost model for the deal desk.

• Prepare monthly and quarterly close reporting packages.

• Create KPI dashboards and present insights for leadership in clear, accessible formats.

• Collaborate with the Sr. Director of FP&A to adopt a modern Financial Planning solution, transitioning our planning processes away from Excel.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in FP&A, preferably within a high-growth SaaS or technology organization.

• Proficient in financial modeling using Excel, with a desire to transition to a modern EPM platform.

• Experience in headcount planning and managing cross-functional budgets.

• Comfortable working with GTM data and collaborating with RevOps or Sales Finance teams.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator with non-financial stakeholders.

• A self-starter who excels in ownership within a fast-paced environment.

• Nice to Have: Experience with Deal Desk, pricing analysis, or sales capacity modeling.

• Previous experience at a Series B–D startup.
