Finance Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Develop and uphold comprehensive sales, budget, and cash flow forecasts.

• Spearhead investment evaluations for new pharmacy initiatives and product growth.

• Design and administer financial models that influence business strategies and capital distribution.

• Supervise financial reporting, variance assessments, and forecasting activities.

• Create dashboards to monitor revenue, margins, customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and burn rate.

• Collaborate with leadership on fundraising efforts, investor presentations, and board reports.

• Establish scalable financial processes for accounting, payroll, and expenditure management.

• Work cross-functionally with pharmacy, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment of objectives and budgets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, or corporate development, preferably in a startup or rapidly growing environment.

• Demonstrated ability to construct and manage financial models, forecasts, and budgets.

• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS/IASB, SaaS metrics, and unit economics.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.

• Familiarity with ERP systems and QuickBooks.

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of converting data into strategic insights.

• Experience in telehealth, SaaS, or the healthcare sector is advantageous.
