Finance Intern – Finance Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Manage vendor invoices and credit card transactions to assist the Accounts Payable department.

• Support the Accounts Receivable team by addressing and responding to straightforward customer inquiries.

• Generate check deposit reports.

• Participate in initiatives aimed at process enhancement and AI automation projects.

• Provide assistance to the team on special assignments.

• Offer ad-hoc support to the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Procurement teams.

• Work collaboratively with Finance and other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and efficient financial operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing education at an academic institution (e.g., college, university, bootcamp).

• Must reside in and possess legal authorization to work in Canada or the United States.

• No work authorization, relocation assistance, sponsorship, or visa transfer will be provided.

• Available for a 4-month internship from January to April 2027.
