This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas, +1 more state.

• Assist in the updating of recurring financial reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.

• Support variance analysis by collecting data, validating inputs, and summarizing key drivers.

• Participate in the preparation of monthly review materials for finance leadership.

• Update elements of financial models, including forecasting templates and expense trackers.

• Conduct simple scenario and sensitivity analyses under the guidance of analysts.

• Help maintain documentation and version control for team financial tools.

• Collaborate with analysts to gather information from cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Accounting).

• Assist in the preparation of materials for business reviews and planning discussions.

• Shadow meetings with business partners to gain insights into real-time financial decision-making.

• Help ensure data accuracy by validating inputs and identifying discrepancies.

• Support minor process improvement initiatives, including automation or template updates.

• Conduct ad hoc analysis and research as assigned.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.

• A strong interest in financial analysis and corporate finance.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables) and PowerPoint.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data.

• A curious mindset, eagerness to learn, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Preferred: Completion of coursework in financial accounting, managerial accounting, or corporate finance.

• Experience with business analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau) is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Previous internship or campus experience related to data analysis or finance is advantageous.
