Finance Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the Accounts Payable process for our Global entities, specifically focusing on Malaysia, the UK, and Singapore.

• Execute month-end closing procedures associated with accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Generate a variety of financial reports, such as aged payables and receivables reports.

• Collaborate with local finance teams to enhance the Accounts Receivable process.

• Assist the broader finance team in managing and reviewing expenses.

• Oversee the Finance System, ensuring all data is accurate and trustworthy.

• Proven experience in the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.

• Outstanding attention to detail with a commitment to getting it right the first time.

• Strong numerical aptitude and comfort with statistical analysis.

• Proficient English language skills.
