Finance Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the finance team in generating precise financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

• Formulate and execute strategies aimed at enhancing financial performance while ensuring adherence to financial regulations.

• Collaborate with senior management across departments to synchronize financial goals with business strategies.

• Assess financial risks and opportunities, offering actionable insights to foster growth.

• Create and maintain strong financial controls and procedures.

• Assist in fundraising initiatives and manage relationships with investors and financial institutions as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certifications (CPA, CFA) are advantageous.

• At least 10 years of progressive experience in finance leadership positions.

• In-depth knowledge of financial management, reporting, and regulatory compliance.

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence at senior organizational levels.

• Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment is preferred.
