This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Serve as a vital member of the Business Unit leadership team.
• Formulate both short-term and long-term financial strategies that align with the business goals.
• Deliver financial insights to inform decisions regarding: Product, customer, and channel profitability; Manufacturing and supply chain cost efficiency; R&D effectiveness and investment prioritization; Working capital and return on capital; Market and competitive landscape.
• Spearhead the advancement of the finance function, including: Organizational structure and operating model; Standardized global reporting and controls; ERP assessment and transformation strategy; Process standardization and cost efficiencies.
• Assist in M&A initiatives, such as due diligence, ROI assessments, and integration processes.
• Provide top-tier financial analysis and business performance insights.
• Oversee monthly and quarterly global reporting, covering: Income statement, balance sheet, capital expenditures, and working capital.
• Evaluate results against targets, pinpointing key drivers and actionable recommendations.
• Create executive dashboards, KPIs, and financial benchmarking reports.
• Offer forward-looking insights to aid in decision-making and investment priorities.
• Lead and cultivate a high-performing global finance team across: FP&A, Commercial finance, Controllership, Financial systems, and integration.
• Establish clear objectives aligned with the business strategy and ensure accountability.
• Mentor, develop, and retain top talent.
• Maintain robust financial controls, compliance, and reporting integrity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• CPA and/or MBA is preferred.
• Demonstrated finance leadership experience in a multinational, publicly traded company.
• Strong expertise in manufacturing and operations finance.
• Experience collaborating with senior business leaders (e.g., General Manager).
• Proficient in: Financial planning & analysis, Reporting and compliance (GAAP), Capital allocation and investment evaluation, Financial systems and ERP environments.
• Experience in supporting or leading M&A activities is highly desirable.
• Background in the semiconductor industry is an advantage.
