Finance Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for customer billing from start to finish, which includes generating invoices and addressing disputes

• Oversee accounts receivable, follow up on payments, and collaborate with the sales team

• Prepare bank payment runs and handle supplier payouts

• Administer the monthly sales commissions process

• Assist in month-end closing activities

• Help with insurance claims related to damaged or lost equipment

• Leverage technology to streamline and automate processes
