Finance Controller

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Direct the financial reporting, accounting operations, cost management, compliance, and business finance functions.

• Manage comprehensive accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and month-end/year-end closures.

• Generate precise monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards.

• Ensure timely distribution of the Management Information System (MIS) pack along with thorough expense analysis to the MIS team.

• Oversee working capital, cash flow, and liquidity needs.

• Develop and enhance financial controls, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and audit processes.

• Guarantee compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, the Companies Act, and other regulatory frameworks.

• Collaborate with operations, procurement, supply chain, and business teams to facilitate decision-making and ensure adherence to processes.

• Lead and provide mentorship to the finance and accounting team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Qualification - Chartered Accountant (CA) with 7 years of experience.

• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and taxation.

• Expertise in ERP/accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Tally, Zoho, or Microsoft Dynamics.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Management Information System (MIS) reporting.
