Finance Coach – VP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Delivering one-on-one coaching to Mento members through virtual sessions utilizing the Mento Platform and Tools.

• Engaging in continuous training sessions to enhance coaching skills and abilities.

• Interacting with members through your Mento email or via chat in the Mento App between sessions.

• Contributing as a vital member of the Mento coaching community by sharing coaching tools and insights—supporting the enhancement of our coaching practices and fulfilling our mission of empowering individuals to thrive in careers they love.

• Acting with kindness, respect, and empathy as a representative of the Mento community.

⛳️ Requirements

• A senior finance leader, such as a director or vice president, with over 20 years of experience managing finance teams and coaching individuals (coaching certification is advantageous but not mandatory).

• A person eager to translate their leadership skills into impactful coaching abilities.

• Someone passionate about assisting individuals in advancing their careers to create fulfilling lives.

• An individual who possesses self-awareness, high emotional intelligence, and a commitment to fostering a safe space for others to be vulnerable.

• Enthusiastic about developing your coaching skills, with a growth mindset regardless of your coaching experience.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment.

• Available to dedicate a minimum of 12+ hours per month to coaching at Mento for the next 24+ months.

• In addition to a flat hourly rate, we provide select bonuses that incentivize engagement with our membership and community growth on our platform.

• You need to have the capacity to commit a minimum of three to five hours per week to Mento, irrespective of other commitments and their potential changes.

• You should be prepared to work with Mento for at least 24 months to cultivate meaningful relationships with our members.
