Finance Business Process Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Eliminate manual, repetitive financial tasks through the deployment of automated solutions.

• Oversee activities within the Redwood financial system and resolve user incidents.

• Provide support for regression testing related to Redwood software updates.

• Assist in IT control assessments to ensure compliance and facilitate audits.

• Create and maintain technical testing scripts while developing training guides.

• Implement essential automation workflows across various business units.

• Collaborate and innovate by designing and testing new automation solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in a corporate finance environment.

• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.

• Solid knowledge of Inventory, Asset, and General Ledger (GL) entries.

• Background in account reconciliation and financial reporting.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• At least an average, professional level of proficiency in the English language.

• Experience collaborating with non-finance modules (e.g., Material Management, Procurement) is preferred.

• Previous experience with financial automation/RPA tools such as Redwood, Blackline, or Blue Prism is preferred.
