This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.
• You will serve as the commercial and financial partner to our product and technology leadership teams at the executive level.
• Act as the commercial advocate during product planning, integrating ARR impact and customer behavior into discussions on roadmap prioritization.
• Dive deep into customer and product engagement data, navigating through large and sometimes disorganized datasets to uncover insights that directly shape product strategy.
• Be a vital stakeholder in influencing key performance metrics, collaborating across Product, Technology, Data, and Finance to establish commercial and product KPIs.
• Produce and interpret commercial reports on product performance, segmented ARR, churn, and expansion data, translating them into clear narratives that drive decision-making.
• Manage the Product and Technology workforce allocation model, aligning capacity with product lines and strategic initiatives, optimizing for ROI by ensuring investments are made in high-impact areas.
• Assist in developing segmented product P&Ls in partnership with FP&A, aiding leadership in comprehending the true economics of each product.
• Anticipate and assess the ARR impact of changes in pricing and packaging across customer segments.
• Actively utilize AI tools within your workflow to enhance analysis, automate recurring tasks, and improve the quality and speed of deliverables.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting, commercial analysis, or business partnering, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work with large, complex datasets and convert them into commercial insights and business recommendations.
• Proven history of collaborating with non-financial stakeholders to influence strategic decisions.
• Strong financial modeling capabilities; adept at building a business case from the ground up and presenting it to the executive leadership team (including CEO, CFO, CRO).
• Regularly employs AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) in day-to-day tasks.
• Solid grasp of SaaS metrics: ARR, NRR, churn, LTV:CAC, and product P&L.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with SQL is a plus; this role involves working with large datasets, and query skills will enhance your effectiveness.
• Excellent communicator in English (both written and verbal), capable of translating complex data and analysis into simple, engaging narratives for senior audiences.
