Finance & Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports.

• Evaluate revenue, profitability, expenses, cash flow, and overall financial performance.

• Track KPIs across various business units.

• Conduct budget versus actual variance analysis.

• Develop financial models and forecasts.

• Assist in budgeting and strategic planning activities.

• Assess business performance and pinpoint opportunities to enhance profitability.

• Create executive dashboards and management reports.

• Analyze pricing, occupancy rates, booking channels, customer segments, and operational effectiveness.

• Execute market and competitor analysis.

• Deliver recommendations to senior management.

• Utilize AI tools to boost productivity.

• Investigate new AI tools and suggest innovative business applications.

• Aid in automating reporting, financial analyses, and repetitive tasks.

• Discover opportunities for efficiency improvements through technology.

• Collaborate with teams in Finance, Operations, Revenue Management, Marketing, and Executive Leadership.

• Assist with special projects, business cases, and strategic initiatives.

• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial data across all reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• At least 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, or Business Analysis.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• High level of attention to detail.

• Self-driven and comfortable working in a remote setting.

• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.

• Preferred: Basic understanding of SQL.

• Preferred: Experience in hospitality, real estate, SaaS, or technology sectors.

• Preferred: Knowledge of ERP or accounting software.

• Preferred: Experience with automation tools.
